Technical support and technical issues if any are solved via telephone, email or on-line support.
On acceptance of the project proposal your Organization and Integra will enter into an Implementation Services Agreement as per the standard service agreement of Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
We understand that for a new software user it will take some time to understand all the functionalities of the system. We want our customers to use the software tension free and also they should use our technical support department to clear their doubts. And if there in any case software fails to perform according to specifications, Integra will provide support to help the customer bring the software back up to operational mode, either through an emergency software fix or through some bypass procedures. The type of remedial support provided typically depends on the Severity Level of the problem. This support can be provided remotely or on-site, and available during business hours.
Integra has an R&D team continuously working on the product improvement. The AMC is paid to Century Gate Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd will cover any bug fixing on the base product of Integra ERP, and also you will be getting upgraded version of software without any charges.
