► Testing
During the production process or at the end of the production some industry such machinery manufacturers will make the testing process by running its motor parts or the full machinery to ensure its proper working. This will be done according to the testing parameters prescribed by the quality control. During the testing multiple parameters are monitored along with its slandered value.
► Quality Checking
Quality control (QC) is a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer. On production, QC department will check the products as per the parameters decided earlier by the quality control authority. Normally, each parameter has a standard meter or value that has to be measured or verified. Sub-standard products are removed or kept aside and may be used to recycle or send for rework or sold as scrap according to the product line or process.
