Project Initiation
Project Enquiry
Generally all projects are initiated after receiving a requirement from the
customer. When you receive the enquiry from the customer, you can capture
complete details of the customer, project type and description of the project,
project Location and also assign project name with project code. Additionally,
user can also mention the budget fixed for the project and the start and end
date of the project.
Project Design
On receiving requirements from the customer, the project management company can
begin preparation of appropriate design as per the requirements of the customer
or as per discussion with the customer. User can record the project design
details along with images of the project design. In this designing stage user
can split the entire project into multiple stages (Mile stone) of execution.
Integra ERP Project Management module provide the provision is there to enable
design approval system from the management.
Project Costing
Project costing is done based on the material cost (Bill of Material), cost of
machinery used (Machinery hours) and the Labour cost. User can calculate
stage-wise costing also with expected profit margin. The costing sheet can also
be printed if necessary. Final costing can be worked out with budget and send
for approval of the customer. This costin gwill be treated as budgeted cost of
the project. Integra ERP provides the provision to periodically check the
budgetary provisions with actual spending hence the user being capable of
budgetary controls. On completion of the project user can analyses the cost
variation if any on the basis of budget and actual spending on the project.
Project Submission
AAfter completing the project preparation, quotation can be prepared and
submitted to the customer quoting the budgeted cost and approved project design.
Work Order
on receipt the of the quotation approval from the customer user can
enter the work order details. This will the commencement of the project
execution
